I created this today. I tore a piece of copy paper to half and covered on cardstock. I sponged color by Distress ink from deep to light. Then I took off the copy paper. I stamped water droplets and sentiment.
I cut the paper to smaller (5x3.75) and used foam tape to mount on cardbase.
