Waterfront scene

Stampin Up's waterfront stamp is so great to make scene. You can use it to create any scene you want. Today I got idea to make scene.

I stamped the mountain on the card first and layered the deep and light to make mountains. On the front I stamped the land and trees.

I used the blender pen to make the water.

I also made the frame for my card. I cut the white paper 1" wide each side wide on the A2 panel. Then I scored the each side every 1/4" and fold to make a frame. I put the scene panel under the white frame.

Just to say ...

Came with Tonic Studios monthly card kit No.7 had a free gift -- "Just to Say" die. It's beautiful die.

I sponged Distress Oxide inks on the white panel. Then I die cut it. I also die cut the same sentiment on the other white panel.

I stuck the colorful sentiment to white one that moved the white sentiment out. And put the white space back.

I added the the some Nuvo drops on the card. The below three dots that drops included in kits. I still felt the card was very plain. I die cut a green panel by the die from same card kit.

Amazing flower

I just received the beautiful card kit from Tonic Studios. It's my first kit from them. Kits No.7 ( March). You can order kit No. 8 now. I list link below. They have so beautiful dies and texture papers.

I stamped the flower stamp that include in kit on the white paper. Then colored by Prismacolor Color pencils. I heard a lot of bad feedback about Prismacolor pencils are very easy to broken. Before I thought I was lucky, but this time I got bad experience. Specially the two green pencils that broken all the time. It made me so crazy.

Then I die cut the frame by frame dies. I added the light linen purple(wild pansy) under the white panel. I also used the white linen cardstock for the base.

Sentiment was from two different stamp set. "beautiful" was from beautiful peacock stamp set. "friend" was from waterfront.
