This is a Dies cut card. No stamping. I use MFT Cover Up dies to make a frame and use the pop up pieces to decorate. For the frame, I sponged Nuvo embellishment mousse to color it. I love this mouse. It not only adds color, but also adds shiny. For pop up pieces, I used Distress ink to color it. Finally I cut the sentiment by black cardstock.
