I used Hero Art new layer peacock stamp set make this elegant birthday card.
At first, I used Distress ink Peacock Feather to color Hero Art peacock feathers stencil for background. And added the white vellum to cover it.
Then I stamped the layer peacock use the hero art coordinating ink cube. I tried many times to make sure layering perfect.
